I recently traveled, on assignment, to New York for Fashion Week. Simply put, it was amazing. Definitely one of the most rewarding, challenging, and exhausting experiences i’ve had. I’ve started throwing together a few of my favorite shots from the week…

*During the Sherri Hill Runway. Kim Kardashian watched her sister, Kendall Jenner, walking in her first major runway.

“The only thing keeping you from your dreams is unwavering confidence in your abilities. No mercy.”

Two things can be deduced from the crudely written motivational flyer I keep on my wall:

1. My quick handwriting skills, as a lefty, are almost illegible. It’s a good thing i’m not a professional illustrator.

2. I’m not above creating positive affirmations for my life & career. Try it, if you don’t believe in yourself, why should you expect anyone else to?

The moment you realize celebrities are real people, you understand the importance of giving them space. When the space is right, they show themselves in a true light. That’s why it’s rewarding and fun to work for Dwyane Wade. If you see him on the court, he may seem intimidating. But off the court he is such a laid back and great guy.
